Privacy Policy
01What we collect
Account info you give us: email, password (hashed), and your chosen listings area. Usage data: searches and the filters you apply, listings you view, favorites, saved searches and alert settings (including their history), and how you use features like sold-price comps and similar-board suggestions. When you’re signed in, usage data is linked to your account; when you’re not, it’s associated with technical identifiers like your IP address. Billing status for Pro subscribers (plan, interval, payment state) — but never your card number; see Payments below.
02How we use it
To run the product: show boards near you, score deals, sync favorites, and send the alerts you asked for. To operate billing for Pro. To understand aggregate usage and improve the service. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
03Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your listings area. We use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics. No cross-site tracking pixels.
04Payments
Pro payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only a token and subscription status. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
05Emails & alerts
Transactional email (receipts, password resets, billing notices) is part of having an account. Deal alerts and digests are opt-in and every one has an unsubscribe link.
06When we share data
With service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, Stripe) under contracts limiting use to providing the service. If required by law. In a merger or acquisition, with notice to you. Never sold.
07Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Aggregate, de-identified statistics (e.g. sold-price medians) are retained.
08Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — most of it directly from account settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor them regardless of location.
09Children
Quiver Max isn’t for children under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes get email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The date above always reflects the current version.
