The QuiverMax Dream Board Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Eunoworks ("Sponsor"), operator of QuiverMax (quivermax.com). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, OfferUp, or Craigslist.
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in San Diego County, California. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. One entry per person; entries by script, bot, or multiple accounts are void.
The Promotion begins on August 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 15, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
Create a free QuiverMax account and save at least one surfboard listing to your favorites during the Entry Period. Each eligible account that has saved at least one board receives one (1) entry. Saving additional boards does not create additional entries.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) used surfboard of the winner's choice from the listings available on QuiverMax, purchased by Sponsor from the listing seller on the winner's behalf, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to $500 USD.
The prize is a single surfboard listed at $500 or less. The prize may not be split across multiple boards, and boards may not be combined to reach the $500 ceiling. Any unused difference between the selected board's price and $500 is not paid out, credited, or carried over.
Used marketplace listings sell quickly and are owned by independent third-party sellers. If the winner's preferred board is no longer available, or the seller declines to complete the sale, the winner may select another eligible board listed on QuiverMax up to the $500 ceiling. Sponsor does not guarantee the availability, condition, or fitness of any third-party listing.
No cash alternative or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion (including a substitute of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes impracticable). The prize is non-transferable. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
On or about September 18, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified at the email address on their QuiverMax account and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner by first name and last initial on QuiverMax and its social channels without further compensation.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The condition of any used surfboard is as offered by its independent seller.
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is used in accordance with the QuiverMax Privacy Policy. Entrant emails are used to administer the Promotion and operate the QuiverMax service.
