Up for sale is an incredible piece of Hawaiian surf history: a 1993 Town & Country (T&C) High-Performance Longboard, hand-shaped by the legendary Greg Griffin.
Born and raised in Hawaii, this surfboard has been used since purchased new when we were in high school. Our top spots included Diamond Head, Ala Moana Bowls, Kaiser's, and Tennis Courts.
This board beautifully showcases the pinnacle of early-90s performance longboard design, blending stunning custom artwork with Griffin's innovative engineering.

Design & Features:
The Deck: Features a stunning, vibrant custom airbrush design showcasing Hawaiian Plumeria flowers and Honu (sea turtles) flowing down a deep forest green/teal fade background. The classic T&C Yin Yang laminate logo is prominently displayed at the nose.
The Bottom: Clean, off-white finish featuring a secondary retro diamond laminate on the rail and a matching nose logo.
The Fin Setup: Built with an innovative performance 3-fin Thruster layout. It features Greg’s signature original glass-on dual-tab side fins acting as the primary drivers, paired with twin rear plugs holding a removable center trailer fin.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition for a 33-year-old board. The foam shows an incredibly even, uniform mellow tanning with absolutely no major dark browning, heavy delamination, or sloppy backyard repairs. The glassing around the fin plugs and leash cup is tight and secure. Has a tiny bit of typical light surface scuffing/dirt near the nose that will easily clean up.
Perfect as a functional, high-performance rider or as a stunning wall hanger for a serious vintage collector.
