One of the most sought after designs that put Ryan Lovelace on the map in the mid 2010's, the V-bowls design is an extremely fine tuned modified displacement hull surfboard. There is some incredible footage of Trevor Gordon riding these at Rincon, surfing on rail, in the pocket, and tapping into the energy of the wave.

This design is extremely foiled through the rails and especially out to the nose and tail.

This board was built in 2016, 100% hand shaped by Ryan. This was before Ryan changed his opinions on CNC shaping, and he was still doing hand shapes only.

Glassed by the master, Bob Haakenson.

Midnight blue resin tint, top and bottom with fiberglass patch over the Fin box.

8'6" x 22 3/4" x 2 3/4"

Condition of the bottom is 9/10

Condition of the deck is 7/10, with normal pressure dents.

Zero dings or shatters.

Overall board is 8/10.

Currently, Ryan is extremely limited in the number of hand shapes he produces, only offering custom orders to around 100 people per year.

These hand shaped boards are becoming more valuable and collectible.

This one is an excellent condition and ready to ride.
