Read description: the board is watertight, not waterlogged and comes with a leash. It does have bubbles on the outside film on the deck (that protects the colors), but it’s just superficial / cosmetic and does not affect performance in any way. Also it fits inside most cars, including sedans and hatchbacks. Perfect for beginners and intermediate surfers.
