7'2" Robert August

Very cool vintage 7'2" Robert August single fin pintail with a fast, drawn-out outline, fluted wings, great color/four-leaf-clover detail, and original green glass-on fin.

The shape has a really aggressive, purposeful feel to it; less of a cruiser and more like an old-school weapon built to charge and hold a line.

It needs lots of love. There are multiple open dings, old repairs, and plenty of cosmetic wear. Not currently watertight.

The good news is that the board is straight and solid - no buckles, no twist, no delamination, no stringer issues.

This could be a great restoration candidate for someone who wants to preserve and ride a legitimate vintage Robert August, or an awesome display piece for a surf collection, shop, tiki bar, garage, restaurant, etc.

Selling as-is / unrestored.
