Vintage 7’0” E.T. Surfboards Single Fin – Pat Ryan Era – 1970s South Bay – #955
Very cool piece of 1970s South Bay surf history.
Vintage 7’0” E.T. Surfboards single fin, from the era associated with longtime South Bay shaper Pat “Gumby” Ryan. The board is numbered #955 on the stringer. Rad original E.T. Surfboards logo.
Classic 70s outline with a beautiful amber/golden patina and tons of character. At some point in its life, the original fin setup appears to have been replaced or converted to a newer-style single-fin box. The repair is visible in the photos. It also has the normal discoloration, old repairs and wear you’d expect from a roughly 50-year-old surfboard.
The No Fear graphic is just a sticker and can be removed.
It would make a great vintage display board, restoration candidate, or a cool vintage rider with a few minor repairs.
Period correct fin options available.
