Paddles well and easy to get into waves early while making steeper drops. Really comes to life when you're on rail in the pocket. Turns easily as long as there's some curve in the wave. On flatter sections, it's trickier to surf because of the rocker and narrower tail.

This would be a great board for Blacks or a bigger day at the reefs, neither of which do I really surf. On smaller days, it's a great training board to force you to learn to surf on rail, as you tend to bog if you surf it too flat.

There is a previously repaired buckle/crease near the tail, with a fiberglass repair running across the board perpendicular to the stringer. Repair appears solid and is currently watertight. Other than that just 1 or 2 minor dings that were touched up with Solar Rez.
